Neuroethics 2025

Registration gives you access to Neuroethics 2025, the annual meeting of the International Neuroethics Society (INS) and and Società Italiana di Neuroetica (SINe). Only those who registered in advance are able to attend the meeting in Munich, Germany, or participate virtually.
Virtual participants can watch the live broadcast of sessions and submit questions in real-time to the discussion. All registrants will get access to session recordings before the general public.

In-person Attendance

Virtual Participation
Virtual participants must to register by April 14, 2025. All researchers submitting a poster and/or recording should plan to submit their work by this same date as well. There are no limitations on the number of virtual participants for this meeting.

Discounts
Member Pricing – Both INS and SINe members are eligible for member pricing.
One-Day Pricing – If you are attending in-person only one day of the meeting, take 40% off the price with the priority code — ONEDAY2025 — when completing registration.
Low / Middle-Income Economies – If you are studying or from a country with an economy that is designated low-income, lower-middle income, or upper-middle income by the World Bank, you may reduce the in-person or virtual registration price by $50 by applying the priority code — LMIC2025 — when completing registration. You can reference economy designations by country.
Group discounts – If your institution will be paying for multiple registrations, contact Robert Beets <beets@neuroethicssociety.org> to request a custom invoice and reduced price per person.

Invoicing / Payment
- You can complete the form and request that an invoice be emailed to you.
- If you need to pay via an bank transfer, complete the form and select invoice.
- The link to the pay the invoice online is not included in the confirmation email. Contact INS staff <staff@neuroethicssociety.org> if you need to pay your open invoice via card, check or transfer.
- All prices on this page and in the form are in U.S. Dollars. Transactions are completing using the payment processor Stripe. Most major debit and credit cards are accepted for payment.

Personal Conduct at Events
All INS event participants are expected to treat others with respect and consideration, and to uphold a professional environment committed to principles of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. Event participants are expressly prohibited from engaging in any form of harassment, discrimination, or professionally inappropriate behavior towards anyone else at the event.
The INS reserves the right to take any appropriate action regarding unacceptable behavior or activity that violates these standards. At the Society’s discretion, sanctions may include (but are not limited to) a warning, removal from the event without refund of fees, and/or prohibiting attendance at future events. Where appropriate, the Society may also choose to notify the institution or employer of a sanctioned individual’s misconduct.
