Leadership Positions
Each year there are open seats to be filled on the INS Board of Directors, the Nominating Committee, and on alternating years there is one seat for either President-Elect or the Student/Postdoc Representative. The Nominating Committee seeks self-nominations and suggestions from the INS membership to help them develop a diverse slate of candidates.
Committee Appointments
We regularly have opportunities for INS members to join the Society’s standing committees. We accept self-nominations and recommendations of colleagues. We especially welcome nominees from underrepresented communities and marginalized groups.
Award Nominations
Nominate a colleague or mentor for an award and the accompanying opportunity to be recognized at an upcoming INS Annual Meeting.
